At Beach House Finds we all love our jobs and life by the beach. However as the U.S. economy continues to struggle, studies have shown that financial-related stress can lead to health issues. A workout such as yoga when you are living by the beach can be a wonderful stress reliever and a way to slow the mind and body down.
